Managing Your Costs

Immediate Cost Control

While you cannot adjust charges for past usage, you can prevent future charges by:

Stopping applications: Apps with stopped containers (indicated by a full gray circle) incur no runtime charges
Deleting applications: Permanently remove apps you no longer need without any penalty
Downsizing containers: Reduce container sizes to minimize hourly costs

Regional Container Management

Remember to check all regions where you may have containers running: US Region, Europe Region, and Asia-Pacific Region.

Cost-Saving Tips

There is no financial difference between stopping or deleting an app—both halt all charges
For development or staging environments, consider stopping containers during non-working hours
Regularly review your container usage across all regions to avoid unexpected charges
