Galaxy accepts multiple payment options for your convenience:

You can view and update your payment details anytime through your Galaxy account settings.
Monthly Statements
- A detailed statement is emailed to you at the beginning of each month
- Statements itemize usage by application and container type
- Access your billing history through your Galaxy profile (individual users) or organization page (teams)
- Download statements for your records or accounting purposes
Managing Your Costs
Immediate Cost Control
While you cannot adjust charges for past usage, you can prevent future charges by:
- Stopping applications: Apps with stopped containers (indicated by a full gray circle) incur no runtime charges
- Deleting applications: Permanently remove apps you no longer need without any penalty
- Downsizing containers: Reduce container sizes to minimize hourly costs
Regional Container Management
Remember to check all regions where you may have containers running: US Region, Europe Region, and Asia-Pacific Region.
Cost-Saving Tips
- There is no financial difference between stopping or deleting an app—both halt all charges
- For development or staging environments, consider stopping containers during non-working hours
- Regularly review your container usage across all regions to avoid unexpected charges
