Service Availability and Geographic Restrictions

Geographic Service Limitations

Our services may not be available in all geographic regions starting June 29th. Service availability is subject to legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to international sanctions, trade restrictions, and local laws governing the provision of our services.

Restricted Region Access

Services are not available from certain geographic locations due to international sanctions and regulatory compliance requirements. Access attempts from restricted regions will be automatically blocked by our systems.


Account Status for Restricted Users

Existing Accounts: Accounts accessed from restricted regions will be suspended. Account data is preserved during the restriction period.
Account Reactivation: Accounts may be reactivated if users permanently relocate to permitted regions and can provide appropriate verification of their new location.
Data Retention: We maintain account data for suspended accounts in accordance with our standard data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

Q: Why can't I access my account?
A: Your access may be restricted due to your current geographic location. Our services are not available in certain regions due to regulatory compliance requirements.
