Redeeming a Promotional Coupon Code
Got a promo code? Applying it to your account takes less than a minute.
- Go to Billing
In the left sidebar, click Billing. This opens your Billing page, where you can manage your payment method, view current usage, and apply promo codes.
- Add a Payment Method
If you haven't added one yet, look for the Billing & Payment Method section and click Update Billing. Fill in your card details and save.
- Enter Your Coupon Code
Scroll down to the Coupon Code section. Type your code into the field and click Apply. That's it, your discount is now active.

Common Questions
Q: Where can I check if my coupon is active?
A: Click Manage Coupon on the Billing page. You'll see a table with all redeemed codes, their current state (active or inactive), and the redemption date.
Q: Why can't I apply a coupon without a payment method?
A: Galaxy uses your payment method to handle any charges after the coupon credit runs out. It needs to be on file before the code can be activated.
Q: My coupon isn't working. What should I do?
A: Double-check that you've added a valid payment method first. If everything looks right and the code still won't apply, reach out to our support team through the chat widget in the dashboard.
